Responsibilities

Intake and create plans for complex projects.

Interface with the broader IT organization to understand processes and support requirements. Ensure smooth and timely engagement of resources for execution and issue resolution

Lead the creation of acceptance test plan, deployment plans according to established processes. Prepare and disseminate communications, and lead all approval and deployment day procedures.

Work with project stakeholders and the team to document scope, all as-is, to-be process and requirements before transitioning to the implementation phase.

Work with stakeholders in identifying and removing any roadblocks impeding execution.

Partner, lead and direct projects with cross-functional teams. Motivate team to deliver project results.

Required

Strong background in ERP/supply chain or other complex enterprise grade projects. Able to mentor and guide the team to deliver a complex reengineering project touching manufacturing, warehouse, transport, integrated planning.

Agile, goal-orient personality, driven to succeed, and always up for a challenge. Provide leadership to the team, and bring expert problem-solving ability to help ensure the team stays productive in a challenging re-engineering project.

Able to thrive in a project environment that is transitioning from waterfall to agile. Can appropriately tailor project lifecycle process and deliverables, and work with the team to set expectations, and provide guidance.
