Responsibilities
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each phase of the project.
Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and risks.
Coordinate and direct project team members to ensure deliverables align with project goals.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and adjustments.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity while staying within budget.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Maintain a risk register and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project risks and status.
Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with requirements.

Required
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Experience with project management software and tools
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Experience in budget management and resource allocation
Familiarity with risk management practices
Experience in stakeholder management and communication
Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards
