Responsibilities
Serve as an IT Project Manager (PM) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for various CTP IT initiatives.
Provide government oversight to contractors for IT projects, monitor and report on contractor performance.
Evaluate IT policies, standards, and methods to recommend new technology implementation.
Coordinate project activities to ensure IT projects meet the required guidelines.
Review IT issues to develop program or service solutions to meet business requirements.

Required
Possess information technology (IT) related experience demonstrating each of the four required competencies: A. Attention to Detail: Analyzing computer hardware, equipment and/or storage options to ensure required specifications are met; B. Customer Service: Developing IT product-related training and/or documentation to provide to customers; C. Oral Communication: Presenting reports to advise management and/or leadership on IT projects; and D. Problem Solving: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify program needs to resolve various IT issues.
Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties: Evaluating IT policies, standards, and/or methods to recommend new technology implementation; Coordinating project activities (i.e. planning, cost estimation, developing acquisition packages, arranging contractor support, invoicing, etc.) to ensure IT projects meet the required guidelines; and Reviewing IT issues to develop program or service solutions to meet business requirements.
Experience must demonstrate one year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent if part-time.
Experience may have been obtained in either the federal service or its equivalent with state or local government, the private sector, or nongovernmental organizations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
