Responsibilities

Implement, configure, support and maintain the operations of the Resource Patient Management System (RPMS) Vista Imaging in Radiology and Laboratory applications.
Develop and deliver training for assigned clinical applications.
Serve as a Level 1 Contract Officer Representative (COR) responsible for contract management of laboratory and radiology RPMS health information technology systems.
Plan, monitor and maintain contracts/task orders, files, documentation and payments.

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required

Incumbent is required to obtain Federal Acquisition Certification-Contracting Officer's Representatives (FAC-COR) Level 1 certification within (1) one year of entry on duty date
Incumbent will be required to maintain FAC-COR Level 1 certification
Instead of an existing FAC-COR Level 1 certification, a Federal Acquisition Certification-Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) mid-level certification is acceptable
Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail
Customer Service - Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations
Oral Communication - Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information
Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations
One (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level
Your resume must demonstrate all examples of specialized experience listed that was/is performed at least one (1) year equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level
You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement

Benefits

Federal Employees earn annual leave at a rate (4, 6 or 8 hours per pay period) which is based on the number of years they have served as a Federal employee.
