Responsibilities
Serve as a software project architect and application engineer who manages the implementation and support of the clinical infrastructure and administrative oversight of healthcare application software to meet the business requirements of a nationally distributed health information system.
Coordinate, manage, define plans, strategies, establish goals and set priorities for project completion, tasks and activities for the health information technology software development.
Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for assigned contracts to ensure compliance with all contracts, clauses, and review invoices for payment.
Engineer solutions using Open-Source Application; Provide system analysis work and consults with customers to refine functional requirements, develop prototypes and translates them into technical specifications for applications; Implement and support designated applications for the agency.

Must obtain Level I FAC-C (Professional) certification within 1-year of entry on duty date
