Responsibilities
Manage contracts associated with Portfolio Planning and Management from award to expiration.
Coordinate contract language, amendments, and monitor fund expenditure with the Department’s Administration Division.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience managing contracts associated with Portfolio Planning and Management
Experience coordinating contract language, amendments, and monitoring expenditure of funds
Knowledge of State contracting code, processes, and best practices
Knowledge of system development life cycle
Knowledge of SAM and SIMM IT procurement policies
Knowledge of Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Medicaid Information Technology Architecture funding processes
Ability to apply contract analysis and management principles and practices
Ability to work in a matrixed team environment inclusive of technical staff, program staff, and vendors
Ability to develop and maintain cooperative and harmonious relationships with department, regional centers, other state departments, and the public
Ability to analyze situations accurately and take effective action
Ability to reason logically
Ability to analyze data and present ideas and information effectively
