Responsibilities

Act as Project Manager and Business Analyst on the development and implementation of applications, systems, and tools.
Communicate ideas and concepts effectively verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical staff and management.
Work with staff to determine the scope, estimated cost, staff resource needs, duration, and milestone dates.
Identify and document feasible alternatives and work with management to determine a course of action.
Maintain communication with clients during maintenance to monitor the need for enhancements and to prioritize them within resources constraints.
Work within the California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF) Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) as defined in the State Information Management Manual (SIMM) and State Administrative Manual (SAM).
