Responsibilities

Work closely with senior leaders to develop IT strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Assess current IT environments, identifying gaps and opportunities.
Recommend technology solutions to improve operational efficiency, agility, and scalability.
Design digital transformation strategies to modernize IT capabilities.
Assess risks, benefits, and ROI of IT investments and digital initiatives.
Partner with technology leaders and their teams to understand business challenges, needs, and goals.
Facilitate interviews, workshops, and strategic discussions with guidance from cross-functional teams.
Build long-term relationships as a trusted advisor to the client.
Analyze and interpret data from various sources to gain insights that inform decision-making.
Develop thoughtful solutions with clear, actionable recommendations.
Present findings to stakeholders through effective verbal and written communication.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IT strategies.
Independently manage a single workstream within a larger project with some oversight.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, such as white papers and reports.
Innovate and continuously improve consulting methodologies.
Mentor junior consultants and help build a high-performing consulting team.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in IT strategy consulting, management consulting, or related fields.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Track record of supporting complex IT strategy projects.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple client demands simultaneously.

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
Certifications in project management (PMP), ITIL, or enterprise architecture (TOGAF).
Experience working with C-level executives and managing senior-level client relationships.
