Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including operating systems, drivers, and software applications. Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
Assist end-users with technical issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on the use of various software applications and tools. Conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency.
Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system backups, disk cleanups, and software updates. Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent issues.
Create and maintain documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and user guides. Update the IT knowledge base with relevant information and solutions.
Assist with account management tasks, including monitoring for accounts that are out of compliance, removing old accounts, and following proper account maintenance cycles.
Work closely with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and implement new technologies. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Required
Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common desktop applications
Knowledge of networking principles and basic troubleshooting techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support and service
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
