Responsibilities
Responsible for design and development of enterprise infrastructure.
Develops technology roadmaps and ensures alignment with business needs, service-levels and availability requirements.
Participates in incident, request, problem, configuration and change management according to ITIL standards and established service level agreements (SLA).
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to complex infrastructure issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert.

Required
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
Ten (10) years experience in systems administration or engineering (relevant to position) required.
Experience with TCP/IP, DHCP, IPAM, DNS/WINS and related network services and protocols required.
Experience in technical writing and the creation of associated architecture diagrams (artifacts) required.
Preferred
Expert proficiency designing, building, and implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure strongly preferred.
Industry recognized, current and relevant certification required within one (1) year of hire. Azure certification from Microsoft preferred.
Technical project management experience preferred.
Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
