Responsibilities
Take the lead on helping build internal tools and cutting edge features into the Files.com product that drive value for the 4,000 businesses that use our platform.
Build prototypes and dig deep into issues to understand the root cause.
Participate in On Call Rotation for routine challenges such as server issues.
Contribute to ongoing projects for improving security, monitoring, and performance.

Required
Strong background in building internal tools
Experience with Ruby on Rails
Comfort building prototypes
Ability to dig deep into an issue to understand the root cause
Willingness to participate in On Call Rotation for routine challenges
Experience with Terraform
Experience with AWS Direct Connect
Experience with Redis and KeyDB
Experience with IPv4 address space management
Experience with CI/CD for deploying applications
Experience with building custom tooling
Experience with automation tools like Terraform or Chef
Contributions to security, monitoring, and performance improvements
