Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Data Center services for compute and storage environments, supporting 24/7 operations.
Establish objectives for maintaining infrastructure, security, and operations.
Provide technical expertise in assessing issues, communicating solutions to management, and overseeing infrastructure changes.
Supervise teams responsible for server support, databases, and applications.
Develop and implement a strategic Technology Roadmap Plan, collaborating with Data Center service providers and systems architects.
Oversee environment expansions, migrations, and modernizations of Storage, Compute, Network, and Application systems.
Maintain industry knowledge, particularly around Cloud technologies, and integrate it into internal systems.
Lead audits, migrations, and hardware/software upgrades for Data Center operations.
Review and approve documentation, including security plans, disaster recovery plans, and maintenance schedules.
Provide expertise in response to ecosystem changes, security events, and root cause analysis of incidents.
Support 24/7 on-call operations and manage escalation processes for critical incidents.

Required
8 years of experience in overseeing Data Center services supporting 24/7 environments.
8 years of experience establishing goals for infrastructure, security, and operations.
8 years of experience with technical implementation, scheduling, and problem assessment.
8 years of experience leading teams supporting server, database, and application systems.
8 years of experience assisting with oversight of Data Center services providers.
8 years of experience developing Technology Roadmap Plans in collaboration with external partners.
8 years of experience with audits, migrations, and major operations projects.
8 years of experience providing expertise in ecosystem changes and root cause analysis of incidents.
8 years of experience with 24/7 on-call support.
Preferred
5 years of experience with DevOps and DevOps tools.
4 years of experience delivering technical training in cloud-based technology.
4 years of experience with ITIL ticketing tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow).
3 years of experience managing Archer GRC.
