Ability to manage system upgrades of multiple locations simultaneously
Provide strategy, timeline, organization of needed/completed upgrades
Ability to oversee the desktop technicians working on-site to complete upgrades, ensuring completion in a timely fashion
Manage day to day activities related to system upgrades
Communicate with Infrastructure leaders regarding project status
Ability to work multiple time zones
