Responsibilities
Responsible for all Operational aspects of server/network infrastructure in an environment with approximately 600 servers.
Manage network management and monitoring planning for server, network, virtualization, storage, and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
Function as a systems administrator with little supervision.
Handle 3rd-level problem escalation.
Implement patch management and maintenance plans for server/network infrastructure.
Manage infrastructure backups.
Participate in Infrastructure Operations on-call rotation for after-hours work and 3rd level escalations.

Required
Windows Server 20XX including clustering experience
Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Entra (Azure Active Directory) DNS, Group Policy
Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, RemoteApp, App-V
VMWare ESXi 7+
Enterprise backup platform experience (Rubrik Cloud experience a plus)
Storage Area Network experience
Automation experience
Microsoft System Center Suite (including SCCM and SCOM)
Telephony (PBX) administration a plus
Experience working in mid to large-scale network/telecom infrastructures
Experience working in mid to large-scale data center infrastructures
Microsoft scripting experience (PowerShell, C#)
Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, Phone System)
Microsoft Azure administration experience
MCSE or other technical certifications
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a system administration capacity
Experience with PC/LAN, Web, and Client/Server environments
Knowledge of computer systems, voice and data networks, data analysis and programming technologies
Knowledge of virtualization technology and storage area networks
Ability to evaluate and interpret business client requirements, and to develop appropriate systems and/or infrastructure solutions
Experience with configuration (release) management
Experience with scripting/development languages such as PowerShell, VB Script, batch scripting and C#
Exhibits follow through and accountability
Demonstrate understanding of applications and systems currently in use within Pulte Financial Services for functional area of focus
Proven ability and aptitude to take on challenging assignments, learn quickly and develop credibility with customers and team members
Experience in large scale Infrastructure Development and Software Development Life Cycle projects
Must be able to manage a heavy workload in a complex, demanding and rapidly changing environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong analytical, problem identification and problem resolution skills
Proven and demonstrated breadth of technology expertise and skill levels
Preferred
Linux experience
Experience with MSSQL Server (OLAP, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, MS SQL Server Analysis Services, Reporting Services and Integration Services)
Experience with Microsoft 365 (or other cloud provider) administration as well as knowledge of cloud orchestration concepts
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Experience with scripting/development languages such as PowerShell, VB Script, batch scripting and C#
Experience with Microsoft Azure administration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems
Knowledge of virtualization technology and storage area networks
