Responsibilities
Perform tool changeovers, end of arm tooling, and process startups
Identify root causes of process issues related to machines, tools, and parameter settings
Monitor processes on all Injection Molding machines to ensure stability
Maintain top product quality and drive continuous process improvement
Improve machine efficiency and utilization
Analyze customer returns to address process-related issues
Train process technicians and operators on equipment usage and settings
Collaborate with Zone Leader on personnel matters if needed
Optimize setup of injection mold tools and secondary equipment
Work with Planning to enhance uptime and changeovers
Provide coverage for process technicians' absence
Conduct 5S activities for ongoing improvement
Handle projects assigned by Technology Manager or Plant Manager
Fulfill any other duties as required by the supervisor

Required
Must have at least 4 years experience in a technician, engineering, process type of role in a molding and assembly-manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent number of years' experience in a molding and assembly production capacity.
Experience in process engineering: 5 years (Required)
