Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation matters, from inception through resolution.
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to develop effective strategies.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
Interview and depose clients, witnesses, and experts to build a strong case.
Collaborate with support staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure timely case progress.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case developments.

Required
4 - 8 years of experience in personal injury law is a must
Strong negotiation, advocacy, and courtroom skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Commitment to providing high-quality client service.
Excellent organizational skills and time management are a must.
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Admission to the State Bar of CA and in good standing
Juris Doctor (JD) Degree
