Responsibilities

Ensure consistent delivery of products from Diageo warehouses to Distributors.

Establish and improve business relationships with key contacts.

Lead new product startups, replacements, and discontinuations.

Proactively address issues that might impact project timelines and product delivery.

Act as a subject matter authority for day-to-day activities within Customer Operations.

Prioritize and handle high volume of requests based on business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new SKU details and pricing submissions.

Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements in operations.

Ensure timely flow of products to Distributors and recommend process improvements.

Represent Customer Operations in cross-functional meetings and craft key business processes.

Provide insight into collaboration opportunities with Distributors.
