Inside Account Manager - Massage Envy

Responsibilities
Directly manage the performance of 150+ ME locations utilizing an inside support model
The ability to support and grow accounts in a virtual environment
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals
Record all call activity in Salesforce or CRM daily
Participate in ME team conference calls, marketing co-op calls, manager meetings pertaining to your region
Assist with event planning, marketing and product education/launches with your Regional Manager
Schedule hangout calls for training to include new hire training certifications, virtual consultations training, business strategy, upselling, product knowledge
Work with the ME Team Manager to assist in organizing and executing cluster trainings
Travel to top performing markets as needed to participate in trainings & events
Marketing collateral and sampling – Provide tools and train locations how to effectively use PCA materials
Car stock, gratis and returns – Work with the Regional Manager, Territory Managers and Account managers to fulfill their requests. Track returns in C4C

Required
1+ year of experience in sales/education within the salon/spa industry
Active esthetics license
Self-driven, goal oriented with superb time management skills
Experience in using CRM tools
Demonstrable experience with presentation skills, sales skills and communication skills
A functional home office space to best support any at-home/remote work
Preferred
A documented history of success in a sales position
Familiarity with the Massage Envy Business model
