Responsibilities
Conduct a high volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers using leads that are provided to you
Warm up leads by engaging in meaningful conversations and providing valuable information about our offerings.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach.

Required
A minimum of 1+ year of call center phone experience is a plus.
A minimum of 2+ years of college or university experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Internet connectivity with speed of 20 mbps or greater
A dedicated workspace free from distraction
Preferred
Additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous B2B outbound calling C-Level Executives
Previous experience calling Veteran Affairs, DOD, and government entities
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
