Inside Sales Account Executive- MSP/MSSP

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound hot leads within seconds of their arrival to qualify prospects promptly and close deals efficiently.
Collaborate with a team of dedicated SDRs to attend appointments via video calls, ensuring effective engagement and closing of deals with potential clients.
Outbound efforts to all assigned leads (calls, video, text, email, social media) daily to prospective companies and their decision-makers.
Drive new business by identifying and closing deals with enterprise clients for our SaaS and Managed Security Services offerings.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule information sessions.Work with MSP/MSSP clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Manage the entire sales cycle from responding to inbound hot leads, calling warm leads, prospecting to closing.
Utilize CRM tools to track activities, update client information, and forecast sales performance.
Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
Work closely with SDRs to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
Continuously learn and improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our SaaS solutions and Managed Security Services.
Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the company on market needs and product enhancements.

Required
Proven track record in Managed Service Enterprise Sales, particularly in the MSP/MSSP space.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the technology sector.
Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote environment.
Knowledgeable about CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Close.io, etc)
Comfortable using AI-based sales technologies to enhance outreach and conversion.
Ability to make outbound calls and video meetings in a quiet environment without interruptions.
Strong listening skills and excellent phone demeanor.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be highly self-motivated and self-managed.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and understanding of international markets.
Preferred
Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach.io, SalesLoft, Gong.io) is a plus.
