Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer sales experience from initial contact through to installation.
Conduct engaging online sales presentations, assess customers' knowledge and needs, and build strong, lasting relationships.
Create and implement effective self-generated sales strategies, generate leads, and set appointments with potential customers.
Manage the entire sales pipeline, from prospecting to installation, by diligently following up with all leads.
Accurately track and report outcomes using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Achieve the minimum sales targets established by sales leadership.

Required
Available to work five days a week, with flexibility to cover weekends, evenings, and occasional holiday shifts.
Excellence in English(Verbal and Written) communication.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry.
High proficiency with technology, including the use of computers and various software applications.
Knowledge of solar industry and related products/services, sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Organized, details oriented, ability to influence sales through telemarketing efforts.
Preferred
Experience working for an international organization is a plus.
