Responsibilities
Lead generation: Actively seek out new potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
Qualifying leads: Assess the needs and potential of each lead to determine if they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
Customer interaction: Build rapport with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing detailed information about product features and benefits.
Sales presentations: Deliver compelling presentations via phone or online platforms to showcase the value proposition of the product or service.
Negotiation: Discuss pricing and terms with potential customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Closing deals: Successfully convert leads into paying customers by overcoming objections and closing sales.
Account management: Maintain relationships with existing customers, address their concerns, and identify potential upselling opportunities.
CRM management: Update and maintain customer information within the company's CRM system.
Sales reporting: Track key sales metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activity and performance.

Required
Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience preferred in software or services sales with annual goal achievement in three of the last five years
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections
Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
