Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing inside sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to create new leads and convert existing leads into opportunities.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the inside sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Content Development: Working with the marketing and sales teams, using buyer personas, help draft content that can be used for outreach.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field desired but not required
Minimum of 5 years of Sales/Inside Sales experience
At least 3+ years leadership experience strongly desired
Proven track record of success within the healthcare, PBM or pharmacy industry desired
Strong understanding of the healthcare, PBM or pharmacy market, including key players and industry dynamics
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

MBA preferred
