Responsibilities
Respond to inbound phone, email and chat inquiries, providing guidance to potential customers on electricity procurement for the business
Present electricity purchasing options to clients in a clear, value-driven, and helpful manner
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to questions, inquiries, and resolving issues
Set proper expectations for deliverables, both with customers and internal teams
Utilize internal systems to request pricing and energy usage information
Consistently close business and achieve sales goals
Collaborate with 5’s operations teams to quickly address customer service issues and keep clients informed of the resolution

Required
Ability to multitask and prioritize
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be comfortable on the phone (both inbound and outbound calls)
Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the systems and processes used by the business
Personable, comfortable with giving and receiving constructive criticism and praise
1+ years of inside sales experience
Preferred
Previous experience in deregulated energy
Spanish speaking
BA or BS
