Responsibilities
Identify new revenue opportunities within an assigned sales territory.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
Work closely with other departments including Sales Support, Marketing, and Business Development.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and produce sales from within assigned sales territory.
Conduct daily outbound phone calls and emails to schedule virtual product demonstrations and presentations including proactive follow up after those meetings.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in company database.
Achieve daily sales metric goals and monthly target of 30 agency subscriptions sold.

Required
Bachelor's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience working in a telesales capacity.
Demonstrated success as a sales professional to convert, prospect and close deals to achieve sales quotas.
Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a priority on customer service.
Excellent communication, listening, organization and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset, with a priority on critical thinking and problem solving.
Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
Preferred
Preferred working knowledge of the insurance industry and even previous work experience as an independent insurance agent.
Experience with Salesforce a plus.
