Responsibilities

Establish customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls

Promote CPAP products and assess customer qualifications to facilitate product utilization

Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information regarding products and services

Record and maintain customer information in the database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
