Responsibilities
Review and prioritize emails received overnight and throughout the day.
Enter and process all new orders and quotes into the p21 system, contacting vendors for pricing and availability and following up with customers on any issues.
Address all issues related to orders and quotes, including credit, pricing, shipping, returns, and damages.
Fill out and process any returns, providing vendor RGA for our return department and processing replacement orders as needed.
Follow up on large quotes and quotes that show potential to convert into sales.
Check open order reports daily, expedite all open orders, and provide invoices for already shipped items.
Occasionally contact customers to resolve late payment issues.
Initiate calls to new prospective customers to introduce the resale program and foster new business relationships.
Maintain and update customer data in the corporate database and CRM system.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a resale or B2B environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the p21 system is highly desirable.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
Passionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork oriented
Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Requires prolonged sitting and standing, frequent bending, and walking.
Moderate to heavy use of hands in grasping, repetitive hand movements, and finger coordination for using a keyboard and processing documents.
Visual and auditory acuity for communication with clients and coworkers.
Must reside in the United States or Canada.
Access to high-speed reliable internet.
