Responsibilities

Establish and maintain customer relationships
Drive sales growth through virtual sales
Upsell and cross-sell strategically aligned products within focused markets
Utilize detailed product and market knowledge to aid distribution partners and customers
Achieve monthly phone and activity goals
Drive sales pipeline health and exceed sales forecast through customer interactions
Create and execute business plans
Team with field sales representatives when appropriate
Introduce new dental care and oral hygiene products to relevant customers and prospects
Drive Solventum sales to assigned distribution in managed territories
Maintain a working sales plan with strategies and tactics to achieve annual sales forecasts
Demonstrate a proficient level of procedural and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs
Work to attain sales quota, sales quality, and sales productivity metrics
Share best practices with the team to promote a positive team environment
Identify market trends and account needs to react to market activity and reach favorable sales goals

Required

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and (2) years' experience in sales and/or the dental industry
OR
High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and a minimum of (7) years of experience in sales and/or the dental industry

Preferred

One (1) or more years of outside sales and/or inside sales experience
Account management experience
Salesforce.com experience is desired
Skills include solution selling, listening skills, gain commitment
Ability to work effectively in a sales team environment - Creative problem-solving abilities are preferred
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity levels while working both in the office and remotely
