Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the insurance software sector.
Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS insurance software solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Required
Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, with a strong emphasis on SaaS and P&C insurance software solutions.
Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify new business leads and drive growth for Policy Port product.
In-depth understanding of the P&C insurance industry and the specific needs and challenges faced by insurance companies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our software solutions.
Strong customer orientation with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
