Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through outbound cold calls, identifying their needs and demonstrating how Better Health can provide solutions for their challenges.
Build trust and nurture relationships through meaningful conversations, guiding leads toward becoming Better Health customers.
Strategically manage objections, transforming hesitations into opportunities to highlight Better Health’s unique value proposition.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and the medical conditions we support, ensuring clear and confident communication.
Continuously refine your outreach strategy by analyzing call performance and applying lessons learned from previous interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Required
1-3 years of experience in consultative or outbound sales, with a talent for building rapport and creating connections.
Skilled at thinking on your feet and effectively addressing objections to steer conversations toward positive outcomes.
Self-motivated, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and are eager to make a tangible impact on people's lives.
Excel at turning challenging or 'uncomfortable' conversations into comfortable, productive exchanges.
A passion for improving lives, particularly within the healthcare space, and are excited to help individuals manage chronic conditions with dignity and ease.
