Responsibilities
Generating leads: Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services (cold calling) resulting in generating leads and qualifying prospects.
Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicating their features and benefits to prospects.
Collaboration: Managing and collaborating with other sales staff to grow the sales pipeline.
Sales Process Management: Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions while negotiating sales terms to close sales deals, achieving monthly sales targets.
Sales Reporting: documenting all sales activities and maintaining accurate records using CRM software. Generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Analyzing merchant statements and creating proposals.
