Responsibilities
Manage 20-25 client accounts to qualify and book in-home appointments.
Call and text leads every day all-day
Work old leads with free time, handle promotional blasts incoming texts, and emails, and Follow-ups
Respond to incoming texts and emails to maximize appointment bookings

Fluent English
Based in: North America, South America, the UK, or South Africa
Strong Wi-Fi connection and a stable computer with a microphone
Quiet workspace
Hard-working/resilient, self-efficient, and able to work the hours listed above
Excellent communication and active listening skills, high emotional IQ
Preferred
Fluent Spanish
Experience with Go High-level
Experience with the construction industry (specifically kitchen and bath remodeling)
Previous business-to-consumer appointment-setting experience
