Responsibilities

Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Prospecting identify potential healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals that could benefit from our medical devices.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building to ensure that prospective customers and existing customers needs are fully supported, questions answered and product benefits communicated.
Sales Support by gathering and sharing insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends.
Pipeline and CRM Management to ensure that accurate records of all customer interactions, lead activities, and sales progress are saved to CRM system (SalesForce)
Collaboration and Team Development with marketing, sales, and customer success to align on lead-generation strategies and campaigns, providing feedback on lead quality and customer needs.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- ESSENTIAL
2-4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or technology industries - ESSENTIAL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, customer-oriented approach ESSENTIAL
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment- ESSENTIAL
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Willingness to learn and grow, with a strong interest in pursuing a sales career in the medical device industry.
US Citizen or holder of valid work/residency authorization

Preferred

Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and sales tools is a plus.
