Responsibilities
Complete outbound calls to prospects to introduce Proforma, qualify the prospect, and secure an appointment
Motivation and desire to make 110+ daily outbound calls to prospects
Follow script guideline to secure appointments on behalf of our Franchise Owners
Log activities in CRM database
Maintain accurate reporting on daily and monthly activities
Regular communication with Franchise Owners, peers, and manager

Required
Outbound call experience and strong inside sales background is required
Professional phone presence and ability to exude confidence and enthusiasm when presenting Proforma to Customers over the phone
Strong verbal communication, written communication, and organizational skills
Team player, positive culture, proactive attitude
Home office setup with quiet environment to make calls
Reliable internet connection as calls will be made through VoIP
Personal cell phone and unlimited plan as backup option if VoIP is disrupted
