Responsibilities
Build relationships with both, existing and new customers through multiple forms of communication including text, phone, and email.
Strategically bid loads and work with dispatch to minimize the cost to the driver, ensure on-time delivery and maintain company profitability goals.
Provide daily and accurate updates of locations and ETA’s to customers to provide a top-tier level of communication.
Work with dispatch during transports and breakdowns to keep customer informed and updated.
Be key in growing a thriving Driveaway company and help maintain a positive culture for our staff, drivers, and customers.
