Responsibilities
Serve as the first resource for team member questions and communicating to the Inside Sales Supervisor for any potential escalations.
Serve as a leader while performing their own core duties as an Inside Sales Representative.
Review and possess an understanding of department reporting as well as the shipping criteria to communicate daily task assignments and relevant information to the floor.
Works closely with Inside Sales Representatives to manage daily tasks/lead assignments to maximize agent productivity.
Assist team members with troubleshooting, escalating, and reporting technical difficulties.
Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Manage individual workload to ensure lead conversions are met to reach monthly department goals.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven inside sales experience.
Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
Recognized as a leader amongst peers.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone presence and experience with presentation.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, POS, or any customer data program.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions and maintain confidentiality.
Willingness and ability to work flexible hours and shift schedule flexibility.
Proficient in MS Office, modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams).
