Responsibilities
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Upselling products and services.
Interface/collaborate with the proper facility/company personnel to bring resolution to customer issues.
Other duties may be assigned.

Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate information to customers.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes involved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems and concerns involving concrete variables in standardized situations from customers.
Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Passionate about providing the exceptional customer experience and participate as part of a team to succeed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Titan and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.

Preferred
An associate degree in business, technical discipline and/or three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in sales support preferred.
