Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate new hire training and onboarding activities making the process shelf-ready and repeatable.
Document observations and progress of new hires through training; provide coaching and feedback along with progress reports for front-line leaders.
Work closely with front-line leaders to ensure a smooth transition of new hires to productive roles.
Maintain training resources along with updating ongoing knowledge management resources to account for process changes, state laws/statute changes and compliance requirements.
Deliver courses for ongoing development including refresher trainings and trainings for complex topics.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effectiveness in all phases of employee learning and development.
Collaborate with Inside Sales and HMGA leadership to make recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Understand all lead sources and help to determine best way to train representatives how to optimize the throughput of each source.
Conduct new employee and ongoing training with subject-matter expertise in multiple functional areas.
Demonstrate an understand of adult learning methodologies and incorporate best practices when conducting training.
Gather feedback and data to improve training curriculum and processes.
Proactively identify training needs to improve the overall performance of the organization.
Partner with leader and other departments to ensure training content is correct and relevant.
Observe and document representatives’ behaviors and learner progress to provide feedback to front-line leaders, partnering on necessary feedback and coaching conversations.

Required
H.S. diploma or GED equivalent, required.
Sales experience and sales training experience required.
Periodic travel may be required.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
