Responsibilities

Undertake training to learn to solicit and generate Wholesale business via all appropriate means

Assist the AE in managing customer support processes for current customers

Contribute to the AE’s generation of FHA, VA and Conventional mortgages through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers

Sources new brokers on an ongoing basis and submits required documents for broker approval

Assist in obtaining sufficient and complete documentation from the broker as required by Freedom Mortgage's underwriting/processing guidelines

Supports the AE as they act as a liaison between Freedom Mortgage and the mortgage broker throughout all phases of the loan process

Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures

Performs other related duties as assigned
