Responsibilities
Follow up on Jobs in Progress (JIPS) & IGBs to ensure proper scheduling
Maintain installation scheduling of installation managers, & creates service folders with proper documentation for IMs
Take both inbound and outbound scheduling calls
Prepare customer correspondence when deemed appropriate, such as paid invoices or rebates
Provide back up and support to other members of the operations team as needed
Keep continuous communications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions and concerns about their project are addressed and satisfied
Possibly prepare contract amendment as necessary
Work regularly in an office environment
Up to 8 hours of sitting in any given day
Type, speak, & write daily
Repetitive typing & answering phones
Other job duties as assigned

Required
Experience working in an office environment preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred

Exceptional communication skills of listening and speaking for handling customer conflicts
Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand
Must be able to organize & prioritize
