Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to drive the evolution of all operational aspects of supporting the business strategy, through ongoing development and refinements to the various operational functions, to support an at-scale, unified wealth offering.

This will include thoughtful integration of newly acquired businesses and exploration of opportunities to capitalize on natural synergies present across entire business portfolio.

Introduce and/or improve upon organizational processes, procedures and communication practices for optimized efficiency and connectivity.

Design and implement consolidated reporting for the business; use data to proactively identify risks, growth opportunities and resource needs.

Oversee strategic business initiatives; provide program management support and track progress against annual business objectives and key results.

Partner with Marketing to support marketing needs of advisors and partner financial institutions.

Develop content for business updates to firm leadership.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree

3-5 years of relevant experience leading operational and sales support aspects within a Bank and/or Credit Union wealth program.

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite. Optimally, experience with Smartsheet, Tableau & Miro – or willingness to develop these additional proficiencies Exceptional analytical and strategic skills; ability to communicate data in a clear and concise way.

Extremely versatile; self-starter with the ability to lead work independently and prioritize workload.

Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives; proven ability to influence others.
