Responsibilities

Independently manage a book of high-priority clients within Coinbase Institutional.

Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to support large and complex client relationships.

Handle client escalations effectively and communicate with AM Leadership when necessary.

Provide top-notch client experience through partner management, prioritization, and efficient execution.

Understand and optimize client workflows and strategies to ensure efficient product utilization.

Manage and prioritize incoming client requests, resolving issues with limited support.

Participate in prospect and client demo calls, showcasing product features in collaboration with sales partners.

Communicate client feedback to internal teams for product improvement.

Form strong relationships with clients and internal teams, demonstrating ownership and urgency.
