Responsibilities
Work with an entrepreneurial mindset that demonstrates drive, initiative, energy and sense of urgency in servicing and acquiring new business.
Develop and execute a detailed sales plan with the scale to contribute to firmwide revenue targets.
Manage the sales process from prospect generation, conversion through to closing.
Manage the client servicing processes for upsell and limiting churn.
Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Collaborate with sales colleagues to drive processes into the business.
Draw upon on CRM data to find new opportunities within our client base.
Actively involved in price setting, negotiation and closing.
Actively involved in product development, pricing and marketing.
Put in place processes for receiving proactive client feedback.
Turn client feedback into actionable strategy to drive new business and product development.
Work closely with colleagues across sales and the wider firm to create idea generation and best practices.

Required
Proven track record delivering on growth strategies.
Relevant expertise selling equity research to a US institutional client base.
Deep relationships that can be leveraged in the first year at Arete.
Relevant academic background/qualifications. Degree level and keen interest in tech markets.
Series 7, 63 is required.
