Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging and effective instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and other learning resources.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and identify appropriate instructional strategies.
Create detailed storyboards, scripts, and other design documents.
Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learner performance.
Utilize various instructional technologies and authoring tools to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
Provide support and guidance to facilitators and instructors during the implementation of training programs.

Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technology, or a related field is required.
Preferred
Master’s degree is preferred.
