Responsibilities
Design & Develop: Create innovative training curricula, including instructor-led, virtual, online, and blended programs aligned with strategic goals.
Evaluate & Enhance: Assess existing training content and design new materials using best practices in instructional design.
Standardize & Align: Ensure all training materials are consistent with organizational learning and development guidelines.
Collaborate: Work closely with business partners to perform needs analyses and identify training solutions that address performance gaps.
Project Manage: Handle multiple projects, providing strong planning and stakeholder management.
Mentor & Support: Provide guidance to peers and contribute to a collaborative learning culture.
Innovate: Stay updated on emerging technologies and training trends, recommending solutions for adoption.
Measure Impact: Develop assessments, analyze results, and calculate return on investment (ROI) to demonstrate the effectiveness of programs.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in T&D, HRD, Org. Psychology, English, or equivalent experience
4-6 years of instructional design and development experience
Proficiency in e-learning tools (Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia) and Adobe Creative Suite
Expertise in designing both virtual and in-person instructor-led training
Knowledge of training theories and adult learning principles
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Exceptional writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom
Preferred
Master’s degree
