Responsibilities

Consult with stakeholders to provide end-to-end learning needs analysis, project management, design, development, and implementation.

Recommend appropriate delivery methods to ensure learning objectives are met.

Source relevant content to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

Bring innovative approaches to micro-learning, eLearning, blended projects, job aids, and video content.

Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions to transfer knowledge to business partners.

Track project plans and ensure expectations are met from all parties involved.

Keep the team updated on project status to facilitate resource coordination.

Design assessment and evaluation tools to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.

Lead leadership development and change enablement learning curriculums.

Required

Proven knowledge and application of Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE, SAM, agile project management and other instructional principles and methodologies

Education in adult learning & instructional design methodology

2-5 years applied knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Graphic Design principles and/or other authoring tools

Proven ability to manage learning projects from intake to close

Experience with HR behavioural, competency and leadership soft skill content design and development

Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to design and develop leadership development and change enablement curriculums desired
