Responsibilities
Individual contributor position responsible for designing and delivering training programs: both instructor-led and eLearning.
Analysis training needs across functions and brands.
Develops instructional materials and selects suitable delivery methods or training aids.
Partners with subject matter experts to ensure materials are accurate and are aligned with the organization's business goals.
May revise existing materials to reflect new approaches.
Communicates with internal customers to follow up on implementation and evaluation of training programs.
Facilitates classes where needed.
Typically reports to Mgr Learning & Dev Strategy. Typically, no direct reports.

Required
Able to be comprehensive in story boarding
Already have a working knowledge of ServiceNow
Front end knowledge to bring in users
Put together a project plan
Schedule review meetings, edits, interact with teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-4 years’ experience in Instructional Design/Sales Education.
