Responsibilities
Analyze existing content and map it to the approved competency framework produced by the learning analyst.
Create the design and confer with the developer about images and interactions.
Produce a storyboard with suggested images, interaction, and a voice-over script.
Work with Quality Assurance and subject matter experts to ensure updated content meets the technical and competency requirements.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
Proficient in analysis and providing recommendations and best practices for blended learning solutions.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and educational technologies.
Experience creating training for highly technical content
Experience in oil & gas or a related industry such as utilities, energy, or nuclear is a must
Expertise with Articulate 360; must own license
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
A strong portfolio of relevant work samples.
Able to collaborate in a large team and work on two to three lessons at a time.
