Responsibilities

Designing, creating and updating training materials for an enterprise federal EHR implementation

Applying adult learning theories to design, develop, update and maintain instructor led and computer based courses

Employing rapid development software (Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate) to create story boards and develop interactive computer based courseware (to include branching and decision trees)

Writing scripts for video and audio content

Required

US Citizen with the ability to pass a Public Trust clearance

4 years of experience developing and delivering training courses to a variety of audiences, with a focus on supporting enterprise government programs.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education, instructional design or instructional technology.

Experience authoring ability using Adobe Captivate, Camtasia and Articulate Storyline.

Experience using Microsoft Word templates.

Experience working with remote teams and leadership.

Familiarity with ADA section 508c accessibility requirements.

Preferred

Prior experience supporting commercial enterprise healthcare, government and / or federal health programs.

Prior Instructional Design, Content / Curriculum Development with a focus on the Cerner Rev Cycle component (RevX).

Experience with EHR training content and / or healthcare industry training content.
