Responsibilities

Develop product knowledge information on a weekly basis.

Create scripts, videos, and other informational content to assist teams.

Produce 13-14 videos per month, with each video ranging from 1 to 3 minutes.

Use Adobe Express and Adobe Premiere for video production.

Edit graphics as needed.

Utilize Adobe products and have familiarity with Vimeo.

Focus on product categories, customer focus, and attachments.

Work with provided content for script and video creation.

Eventually, Learning and Development (LD) will reach out to merchants for content gathering.

Provide needs analysis, measurement, and design of learning programs for all employees.

Develop and deliver programs, as well as supportive content/reinforcement of training.

Ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and behaviors required to perform their jobs effectively and safely.

Create and manage the onboarding program and new employee orientation process.
